Citi's Banamex Posts 18% Profit Gain

This article reports that Citigroup Inc.'s Mexican banking division, Grupo Financiero Banamex has reported an 18 percent increase for its first-quarter profits. Banamex reports that loans increased and loan losses declined to help offset a trading slump.
