ABSTRACT
The article reports that Apollo Management gave a premium offer to CKE Restaurants, abandoning its sale to Thomas H. Lee Partners. Apollo Management will pay 12.55 U.S. dollars per share or 693.9 million U.S. dollars for CKE Restaurants, which operates Hardee's and Carl's Jr. chains. Thomas H. Lee will receive 15.47 million U.S. dollars in termination fee from Apollo Management.
