The article discusses the performance of realty business in Wentachee, Washington and future prospects. According to realtors Perrin Cornell and Dough Andrews, the overall real estate industry will face the downturn in demand with expiry of the tax credits from the U.S. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 in April 2010. Nearly 47 percent of the realty sale in 2009 was attributed to first time home buyers who were able to take benefit of tax credits under the ARRA Act.
