ABSTRACT
The article announces that the cooperative web portal www.informationskompetenz.de, which offers expert conveyance of library information, as of February 2010 will be hosted by the German Library Association (dbv). Since 2007 the portal was been technically managed by the University Library of Munich, in Munich, Germany. A summary of the site's offerings and cooperative mission is provided.
