ABSTRACT
The article reports on the return of Charter Communications Inc. to the NASDAQ Market System filing documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission after emerging from bankruptcy in November 2009 with a healthier balance sheet. Charter notes that a total of 85.97 million dollars of shares of stock could be sold by existing shareholders. Complete financial and operating results will be released by Charter on May 6, 2010.
