The article focuses on the annual celebration of Earth Day on April 22. In 2010, Earth Day is celebrating its 40th anniversary. The Earth Day Network has developed 40 events that will be held across cities around the world to celebrate 2010 Earth Day. Sean Miller, education director of the Earth Day Network, invites people to the main event that will take place in Washington, D.C. where people can learn more about ways to help the Earth.
