ABSTRACT
The article describes the projects offered by Siemens AG in the energy sector and its effort to set an example in terms of promoting energy conservation in Europe. It indicates that majority of the projects of Siemens are intended to reduce its customers' carbon footprints through nuclear generation, renewable energy, traditional power stations, transmission and distribution technology, and energy management systems. One of the major projects of Siemens is wind power which offers big opportunity for the company's business transactions.
