The article presents a study regarding the impact of physical activity on body composition and level of flexibility in students with various levels of physical activity. It notes that the study was participated by 142 physiotherapy and 235 physical education students. The study shows that students of physical education have higher levels of flexibility, lower fat content and lower body mass than students of physiotherapy.
