In this article, the author reflects on preventing and adapting to climate change and references the report "Adapting to Climate Change," released by the Environmental Audit Committee of Great Britain. The author believes that reduction in greenhouse gas emissions can only be achieved if all countries were to act together. She also talks about allocation of resources and the urgency with which utilities need to take action.
