ABSTRACT
The article discusses various people management reports. British postal workers have welcomed government proposals to address attacks by dangerous dogs which includes third-party insurance by dog owners and compensation claims for injured parties. Staff at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) were advised to deal with increased number of calls by pretending to sound like answering machines.
