In this article the author discusses his experience in managing an organic farm in Orange County, New York. Before becoming an organic farmer, he used to work for a real estate consulting firm. His organic farm grows a hundred varieties of vegetable and herbs, but the signature crop is garlic. He considers running a small organic farm as a life than a job wherein one gets to do everything, from planting to harvesting the crops.
