The article discusses the expansion of the cargo tank repair and service operations of Beall Corp. in Oregon in 2010 to achieve a broader customer base. There are reportedly opportunities in real estate, businesses and the availability of high-quality employees during the economic downturn. It is stated that Beall also augmented its manpower and now has a repair capability to 172 service bays with 171 mechanics and welders.
