ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the China's concept of military modernization spotlights that has forced U.S. to adapt to an entirely new way of conducting warfare. It states that 21st-century military technology has brought dramatic changes to the operational battlefield and China has been fast enough to grasp these developments. It discusses the concept of informationalization which is the center of China's modernization approach and also highlights its operational impact on the U.S.
