ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the different varieties of oak that grow in and around Kaliningrad, Russia. The two native oaks of the city are Quercus robur and Quercus petraea. The species Quercus robur Fastigiata are growing in almost every park and old gardens in Kaliningrad. One specimen of Quercus robur Pectinata that reaches a height of 10 meters also grows in a small park.
