ABSTRACT
The article presents information on Czech billionaire Petr Kellner. Kellner is the first billionaire to emerge in the Czech Republic since the fall of communism there. He spent 150 million dollars building out his operation in China and 30 million dollars in Vietnam. Kellner is planning to tap into the Chimna governments campaign to spur domestic spending.
