ABSTRACT
The article discusses the need of leaders to be inspiring. It accuses old, outmoded styles of leadership as being responsible for the global financial crisis, citing growing numbers of job dissatisfaction among younger workers. It recommends the book "The Spark, the Flame and the Torch," by Lance Secretan, as it teaches methods of being inspiring in order to inspire others. It suggests finding what it is that brings one joy and working from that source.
