ABSTRACT
The article discusses the management workshop Leading Bold Change. Since its inception in 2007, almost 1,000 employees of nine multi-national firms in five countries have participated in the workshop. The workshop makes use of books, articles and videos, including "Our Iceberg is Melting," by John Kotter. The program has six components, including discussions on the book, how it relates to management styles and a video presentation. Eight steps to change are also listed, which include the need for change, creating a vision and communicating results.
