ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's view regarding the importance of humility in leadership. He claims that the four Members of Parliament, who face criminal charges over alleged fraudulent misuse of public money, lack humility which is particularly galling. He mentions that great leaders must have humility and empathy for what is going on around them.
