According to Jenny DeVaughn, director of social strategy at Bernard Hodes Advertising Inc., all the elements of a recruiting strategy must be examined so that one knows what is working. Allison Boyce of Guidewire Software Inc. notes that although source of hire ROI for Facebook Inc. and other sites can be tabulated, the candidates she sources are manually entered.
