ABSTRACT
The article offers suggestions on several measures to be adopted by marketing professionals in health care marketing. It suggests that marketing professionals should also focus on the time period in which people choose benefits for themselves. It suggests that the health care service providers should provide complete information about the health plans to the managers and employees. It is suggested that marketing communications should be used to attract larger audience. It further suggests that Health care providers should organize presentations during the employee orientation to aware them about the health plans offered by the health care service providers.
