ABSTRACT
The article highlights agility as a significant part of junior rugby league and other fitness programs. It defines the complex term of agility and its contribution to successful rugby league performance. An overview of agility in junior rugby league is presented by providing rationale for its implementation and explaining its significance to the sport.
