ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the issues raised by the Arizona Medical Marijuana Policy Project in Arizona. The program aims to urge the government to legalize the use of marijuana for medical purposes. The group also aims to provide evidence that marijuana can alleviate suffering. However, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that citizens can not overrule federal anti-pot laws.
