ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights regarding the need to embrace the Genchi Genbutsu philosophy in order to understand and explore the people's experience. He refers the philosophy in the plant house management wherein he shows the need of experiencing the customers' view to learn and have a better understanding of the work. He states that embracing the Genchi Genbutsu philosophy will enable an individual to be prepared in addressing an issue in an affordable way.
