The article discusses several U.S. banking companies' reforms on executive compensation. According to the article, the banking companies Citigroup Incorporated, JPMorgan Chase and Company, and SunTrust Banks Incorporated have implemented executive compensation rules that are stricter than those under the U.S. Treasury Department's Troubled Asset Relief Program. Other companies' clawback policies regarding executive bonuses are discussed.
