ASHP Statement on the Health-System Pharmacist's Role in National Health Care Quality Initiatives

The article presents a report of the American Society of Health Pharmacists (ASHP) on the role of health-system pharmacists in the improvement of the U.S. health care. Moreover, pharmacists should be familiar with the organizations that influence health care quality, participate in improvement initiatives, and collaborate with health care professionals.
