The article reports that Sport Supply Group will be acquired by ONCAP Management Partners. Shareholders of the Texas-based listed maker of sporting goods and branded team uniforms will be paid 13.55 U.S. dollars for each share they have. Andell Holdings and Carlson Capital will remain shareholders in the company.
