ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the Outreach program of New Life Hospice in Elyria. As reported the program focuses on reaching out to the Latino community which would be beneficial to the hospice care and the Latino population in the area. According to the hospice employee Joe Ocasio special care has to be taken while involving the family members in the care. He also states that sometimes it takes several presentations to reach some people.
