ABSTRACT
The article presents information about David Cohen, the U.S. Treasury's Assistant Secretary for terrorist financing. Cohen is currently touring Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan and Pakistan. His mission is to turn off the spigot of money flowing to terrorists. He is accompanied by a staff of 40 and an interagency task force. Cohen, a trained lawyer, has also worked as a board of director for Enron Corp.
