ABSTRACT
The article reports on the entrance of surgical instruments manufacturer Vycor into the health care sector in China. Vycor has filed a registration application with China's State Food and Drug Administration for its ViewSite brain access system. Ken Coviello, chief executive officer of Vycor, described the challenges that the company faces in expanding into the Chinese health sector. He also explained why the company chose to work with Devon International.
