ABSTRACT
The article discusses the natural talents of leaders. It states that this vital aspect of leadership can be developed into strengths that make leaders great. Leaders, however, do not have a common set of talents as the best leaders do things differently and without pretense. They understand their strengths and develop individual ways of leading. Four domains of leadership strength are mentioned.
