ABSTRACT
The article lists five ways forward for leadership; among them, lead through inspiration, differentiate through the unreasonable power of creativity, and enter the new mass market. The author encourages leaders to be bigger than a brand by becoming a Lovemark, which is the shift from being an irreplaceable, great brand into an irresistible, bigger than a brand. He also encourages leaders to turn into true blue, that is a movement to make sustainability irresistible.
