ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's view on company's vision and the process that involves creating, sharing and living the vision. The author shares the experience of the senior leadership team (SLT) of a global financial institution undergoing restructuring, with the SLT updating the company's vision and sharing the new vision that engaged the employees and led to increased productivity and profitability. She also shares ten rules in vision setting, among them, communicate the vision in a compelling way, and align your behaviors with the vision.
