ABSTRACT
The author reflects on leadership competencies through knowing what he wants. He says that management of attention is the first leadership competency wherein one has a set of intentions or a vision. He describes management of meaning as the second leadership competency which means communicating one's vision to others. Management of trust is having reliability and constancy, the author adds.
