Three Questions

Bridges, William
February 2010
Leadership Excellence;Feb2010, Vol. 27 Issue 2, p11
The author focuses on what organizations should consider when undergoing a transition. He says that leaders are those who can make complex change understandable to people who will make the change work. He is critical of leaders who do not know how to understand larger problems then blame the workers for not understanding it. He believes that before an organization transitions in to a new situation, they should be able to let go of what they are currently doing.
