ABSTRACT
The article presents food catering ideas from the several experts and professionals in the U.S. foodservice industry. According to Beth Thorson, general manager of Leander ISD in Texas, a cart of fruits or vegetables with letters which corresponds to each letter in the alphabet goes around their elementary schools. It also discusses the lite bites or healthy snacks available at St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center in Ketchum, Idaho and the mac and cheese station with various sauces from Viacom in New York.
