The article presents statistics related to financial services industry and personal financial condition of adults in the U.S. from 2009 to 2010, most more than 75% of top-producing independent advisers have a marketing plan and a business plan in place, just one quarter of adults are satisfied with their personal financial condition and most women over 40-year old earn salaries between 46,000 dollars and 119,000.
