ABSTRACT
The article presents information on Mondiality, the corporate social responsibility (CSR) program of Mondial Assistance. The program focuses on the commitments of the firm to charity, community and education, as well as health and well-being. Employees are being offered three CSR days per year where they are allowed to get involved with set Mondiality activities or other charity and community activities. Mondiality program has been a finalist in various high-profile CSR and green awards, including the National Business Awards 2009.
