How should you respond to the agency workers challenge?

Hammerton, Mark
February 2010
People Management;2/25/2010, p53
The article reports on the publication of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010, which ended the speculations related to how the European Union proposals on agency workers will apply in Great Britain. The regulations will cover agency workers who are working temporarily under the supervision and direction of a hirer. Individuals who are genuinely self-employed, working on their own limited-liability companies and working on managed-service contracts will not be included in the regulations.
