case study
The article offers information on autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), a chronic necroinflammatory disease. It discusses the case of a 64-year-old man with elevated aminotransferases, anorexia and asthenia. Liver biopsy was performed, and it was found that the patient's AIH had been induced by meloxicam, which the patient had been prescribed earlier for back pain.
