ABSTRACT
The article reports that the emergency medical services (EMS) helicopter operated by Maryland State Police (MSP) was substantially damaged during its takeoff at Prince George's General Hospital helipad in Cheverly. The pilot reasoned out that the incident is occurred due to the noise abatement procedures caused by the thick ice cyrstals present in the sky. Flight paramedic team have responded the two patients directly to the hospital emergency room for treatment after the helicopter landing.
