ABSTRACT
The article discusses the ways to improve the customer relationship management (CRM) software of financial planners in order to increase their revenue, client capacity, and client satisfaction with effective service. It mentions that the users of the CRM software has identified its common benefits as increase the productivity, less worry about failing, and more effective client service. It states that the users have also encountered problems with the software, including the software function, and integration with the other software from other users.
