The author offers information on the importance of being relevant, such as stressing out the subjective and qualitative issues, for the financial planners to have a successful client relationship. He provides sample cases to demonstrate the issue regarding small financial planning firms against large banks and insurance companies. He highlights the critical issues which are dependable on the success of the financial planner, and these are the skills of the planner, the competency and trust within the planner, and the consistency of the planner to meet the expectations of the client.
