ABSTRACT
The article discusses how international utility manufacturer AVK realised it had to preempt regulation and control its carbon emissions. AVK Chairman Paul Hubbard says the company used the Carbon Low ongoing emissions evaluation (Cloee) online software tool to calculate its emissions. According to the article, AVK has recognised that carbon emissions reductions have to be part of any management strategy.
