The article reports on the delay of the construction of hospitals in Quebec. It states that the delay happens after the province asked the private bidders to resubmit their proposals because it exceeded the original budgets. It states that the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) plans to announce the winner of the bidding to build a 1.1 billion dollar expansion of the centre's Glen campus but the proposals submitted by the bidders did not meet the financial criteria but were satisfactory.
