The article discusses the advantages of an internship program among family businesses in Michigan. The Family Business Alliance has created an internship program for family business and the next-generation of the family who are in college. The Family Business Alliance believes that the internship program will increase productivity, give management opportunities and a fresh perspective to the organization.
