ABSTRACT
The article reports on the significance of emergency gas scrubber for risk management. It mentions that the emergency chlorine gas scrubber installed by waste water treatment plant (WWTP) in Tennessee saved the plant from the life-threatening chlorine spill. It also notes the chlorine spill accident that happened at the Moccasin Bend WWTP which is saved by the installed fiberglass emergency gas scrubber with a drying-scrubbing medium.
