The article reports on the minority stake acquired by Actis, a private equity firm based in London, England in Integreon Inc., a provider of outsourced professional services, for 50 million U.S. dollars. Additional capital for the transaction was provided by Ayala Corporation, a Makati City, Philippines-based company. Actis partner JM Trivedi and director Gautham Radhakrishnan will join the board of directors of Integreon following the transaction.
