ABSTRACT
The article discusses the speculation whether Fisker Automotive Inc. would go public offering in Irvine, California. According to Henrik Fisker, chief executive officer (CEO) at Fisker, they do not have plans to go public anytime soon since they are concentrating on building a great American car company and getting their hybrid cars out on the road. It notes that Fisker was able to raise 200 million dollars in private financing and received approval for 528.7 million dollars federal loans.
