ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the company, UltraFast Innovations (UFI), setup by researchers in Germany to manufacture customized optics for ultrafast applications like chirped mirrors and metallic multilayer mirrors which are used in ultrafast laser systems. Information about UFI's three different coating facilities is also presented.
