In this study, strengths and efficiencies of non-parametric independent multiple comparative tests which are alternatives to the parametric independent multiple comparative tests are compared. For the application, the effect of the total quality management in the Ä°zzet Baysal Obstetrics and Gynecology department on the patients' satisfaction was investigated. For this investigation, 351 surveys were conducted. The analysis of the results have shown that patients are 80% satisfied with the service provided there.
